Scope of Services
Advanced Tuning Solutions provides performance tuning, ECU remapping, and related modifications.
Services are limited to performance modifications and software calibration. These services do not constitute a full mechanical diagnosis or repair.
All work is carried out with care, skill, and attention to detail.
Vehicle Condition & Responsibility
The customer confirms that the vehicle is in sound mechanical condition and suitable for tuning prior to any work being carried out.
Advanced Tuning Solutions is not responsible for any pre-existing, hidden, developing, or undiagnosed mechanical or electrical faults, whether known or unknown at the time of service.
Any faults that become apparent during or after the service remain the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Workmanship Guarantee
Advanced Tuning Solutions guarantees that all work carried out is completed to a professional standard.
This guarantee applies only to the quality of the work performed and does not cover component failure, pre-existing faults, or issues outside the scope of the original service.
No guarantee is provided for performance outcomes, fuel economy, or long-term durability.
Performance and Longevity
Performance tuning alters factory parameters. While every effort is made to maintain reliability, Advanced Tuning Solutions does not guarantee long-term durability or the absence of wear resulting from performance changes.
Road Use and Compliance
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their vehicle remains compliant with all applicable New Zealand laws, emissions standards, and certification requirements.
Advanced Tuning Solutions accepts no liability for any compliance or legal issues resulting from modifications.
Booking Terms
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
This deposit is applied toward the total cost of services. If cancelled, it may be transferred to a future booking within 4 weeks at our discretion.
Full payment is due upon completion.
Travel and Labour Charges
Where follow-up visits or additional work fall outside the scope of the original service or workmanship guarantee, charges apply as follows:
• $1.85 per km (one way)
• $105 + GST per hour labour
Any additional diagnostic or repair work is chargeable.
Customer Responsibility
The customer accepts full responsibility for the condition, use, and operation of the vehicle following any service.
Advanced Tuning Solutions will not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the vehicle after modification.
Emissions System Responsibility
The customer accepts full responsibility for any emissions system modifications and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Advanced Tuning Solutions will not be held liable for any legal or certification issues arising from these modifications.
Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the deposit confirms that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version is available upon request.
